Conditions of contract
e-traducta has a table of rates that may be freely requested by anyone and by any means of contact.
Acceptance of the price quotation presented is rendered effective in three ways:
a) When the client gives confirmation by sending an email of acceptance.
b) When the client orders the job directly, without requesting a quote (perhaps for reasons of urgency, prior knowledge of rates, or other) by fax or email with a specific order.
c) When the client sends a letter or fax accepting the quote.
The acceptance of the quote also implies the taking on of deadlines, price and quality. This is our commitment. Should the client suffer damages due to the non-fulfilment of one of these three conditions, they may send a complaint to email@example.com, which will be duly studied and dealt with. Our commitment in this process is total and unconditional.
Once the work is completed, e-traducta will invoice the order and send the document via email, regular post or fax, according to the preference of the client. Upon receipt, the client has 30 days in which to make payment, as long as no other differing conditions have been accorded by the two parties.
